Can't login to my account and top up so guess I have to switch to a company that wants my money. Later.

Please fix your database..... Have been unable to login for ages and this is the only way I can top up...
This company is the worst I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I had a confirmation with them I was leaving my address and yet they sold my details on to another company who then billed me. Disgusting practices and I would recommend everyone avoid them like the plague!
App does not work! Can not log in at all even when click on the link on forgot password. Sort it out spark energy! Your already robbing us blind with your ridiculous energy prices the least you can do is have a app that works! Seriously can not wait till my contract ends!!!
(I had no option to leave 0) The app doesn't even work correctly, like their website or even their internal phone systems the only person I can ever speak to is the "collections team" which I'm not surprised these money grabbers have been demand £250 monthly payments because they are saying my average is £171 a month after calling me up to advise an original monthly debt of £30 would be more than enough, I even suggested £35 because I don't know trust electrical company's I'm a vulnerable person
Terrible and outdated app which looks like and old version of another app of there's but they didn't remove it and switch to the new one or something the app won't let you top up it only tells you how so trust me when I say you're better off using the web page in a browser instead this is a useless app
Doesn't show my current balance and the comparison with any upgrades is hardly useful. But all the other bits that I am not interested in works
